Every engineer comes from our own team, not a marketplace. They have already shipped production systems on client projects with us, so vetting is based on real delivered work: code reviews, architecture decisions, and client feedback. We only put someone in front of you if we would put them on our own product.
Typically 5 to 7 days from the first call. We run a short readiness audit to match the right engineer to your stack and stage, then they start on your codebase. No sourcing pipelines, no six-month hiring cycle.
The engineer works on your real backlog for two weeks at the normal rate. You see actual code, communication, and pace before committing to anything longer. If it is not a fit, you stop at the end of the trial and owe nothing beyond those two weeks.
You exit any time on 30 days notice, no lock-in. If the issue is the person rather than the engagement, we replace them from our team and handle the handover so your project does not stall. The CEO stays reachable throughout, so problems get escalated fast.
No recruiter or placement fees, ever. You pay a simple monthly rate per engineer that covers everything: their work, our management overhead, and replacement cover. Compared to a typical 20 to 25 percent placement fee on a senior salary, most clients save five figures on the first hire alone.
You do. Every engagement runs on a contract that assigns all work product and IP to your company from day one. We sign NDAs before any code access, and the contract is with our US-registered entity, LogicFlow International LLC.
