Hire Senior React Developers
Senior React engineers from our own delivery team, working on your dashboards, admin consoles, and complex front ends. Start in about five days, prove fit in a two-week paid trial, exit any time on 30 days notice.
Who you actually get
Senior engineers from our own delivery team, not a marketplace bench. Every one of them has already shipped production systems on client work with us, so vetting rests on delivered code, architecture decisions, and client feedback rather than a CV screen.
You talk to the engineer directly. The CEO stays reachable. There is no account manager translating between you and the person writing the code.
What "senior" actually means on a React engagement
A Vienna coworking startup hired us for one small task: a Stripe-billed admin panel on React and Refine, backed by Supabase. Nine days in, before any SOW existed, the CTO wrote: "good know that you have some experts. Infrastructure stuff isnt my strength."
What turned that single task into a two-engineer team was work nobody put on the brief. Our engineers shipped Stripe end to end. They proposed Sentry across web and API, which surfaced a Google Maps render loop that had been quietly driving budget overrun. They designed a guest-user search funnel that doubles as an acquisition channel for new office supply.
That is the difference between a React developer who closes tickets and one who notices the ticket is the wrong shape.
Where they are strongest
Data-heavy dashboards and admin consoles. Component systems that stay consistent as a team grows. Front ends wired to real backends, real payments, and real auth: Next.js, TypeScript, Refine, Supabase, Stripe.
Where they are not the right call: marketing sites and design-led brochure builds. Tell us that on the first call and we will say so rather than sell you an engineer you do not need.
How the engagement works
A short readiness audit matches the right engineer to your stack and stage. Then a two-week paid trial on your real backlog at the normal rate, so you see actual code, communication, and pace before committing to anything longer.
After that it is a monthly engagement with a 30-day exit. If the issue turns out to be the person rather than the engagement, we replace them from our team and run the handover ourselves so your roadmap does not stall.
What it costs compared with hiring
No recruiter or placement fee. You pay one monthly rate per engineer that covers their work, our management overhead, and replacement cover.
A typical agency placement fee runs 20 to 25 percent of a senior salary and is payable whether or not the hire works out. Most clients save five figures on the first engineer alone, and the two-week trial means you have seen the code before you commit to any of it.
Proof
One React admin panel became a dedicated two-engineer team.
A single Upwork task for a Western Europe startup grew into 160 hours a month across two products, two C-suite referrals, and a named Austria reference. The CTO asked for extra capacity 14 days in.

Frequently asked questions
- How fast can a React developer start?
- About five to seven days from the readiness audit to a matched engineer working in your codebase. We match from our own team, so there is no sourcing pipeline and no multi-month hiring cycle.
- Are these senior engineers, or juniors with a senior label?
- Senior, production-vetted engineers from our delivery team, each working with our internal AI workflow toolkit. They have shipped client systems with us before you ever meet them. We only put someone in front of you if we would put them on our own product.
- How does the two-week paid trial work?
- The engineer works your real backlog for two weeks at the normal rate. You see actual code, communication, and pace before committing to anything longer. If it is not a fit, you stop at the end of the trial and owe nothing beyond those two weeks.
- What happens if the engineer is not a fit three months in?
- You exit on 30 days notice, with no lock-in. If the issue is the person rather than the engagement, we replace them from our team and handle the handover so your roadmap does not stall. The CEO stays reachable, so escalation does not go through a support queue.
- Are there recruiter or placement fees?
- None, ever. You pay one monthly rate per engineer covering their work, our management overhead, and replacement cover. Compared with a typical 20 to 25 percent placement fee on a senior salary, most clients save five figures on the first hire alone.
- What overlap do we get with our working day?
- At least four hours of overlap with a US core day, and full overlap for UK and Western Europe teams. Standups, reviews, and pairing happen inside your hours rather than around them.
- Who owns the code and the IP?
- You do, from day one. Every engagement runs on a contract that assigns all work product and IP to your company, and we sign NDAs before any code access. The contract is with our US-registered entity, LogicFlow International LLC.
- Do they work in our repo and our process?
- Yes. Our engineers join your repository, your board, and your review process rather than running a parallel track. On client engagements they have also authored API and frontend documentation, so business logic and code stay in the same conversation.
- What if the work turns out to need more than React?
- Say so early. The same team covers Next.js, Node, NestJS, and TypeScript across the stack, so a front-end engagement can extend backward without onboarding a second vendor.
