Solas Mind
Consolidated five fragile tools (Webflow + Directus + Google Sheets + Airtable + Acuity) into one operations backend for web and mobile delivery. The new platform reduced human error and back-and-forth from updating multiple systems, while Sarah McCaffrey's team now runs branded wellbeing hubs for major film and streaming productions. After stabilization, the team also sealed four new sales in one week.

Where the client was stuck
SolasMind ran on Webflow + Directus + Google Sheets + Airtable + Acuity — five tools stitched together by different developers over years, held together with duct tape. Daily syncs broke. Practitioner changes didn't reflect in the app. Every new production meant manual duplication. The Directus backend couldn't support the role permissions, HIPAA-grade data handling, or usage reporting enterprise contracts required. Sarah was spending her time managing tools instead of growing the business.
What we built
We built one unified platform: Java/Spring Boot + MongoDB backend, React/Next.js admin console, multi-tenant corporate hubs with per-client branded login (/corporate/{slug}/login), and a Flutter mobile app released as 'Solas Support' to sidestep a US trademark collision. The appointment-create DTO collapsed from 60 fields to 6. QR-based deep-link onboarding goes on printed posters at productions. Acuity stays as the booking integration — it does that job well — and everything else flows through the new system. HIPAA-ready data model, Zabbix health checks, auto-scaling AWS.
