Alidade Assessment Platform
Replaced Qualtrics, Stata, and a contract report analyst with one AI-native research platform. Dr. Todd Hall's lab now runs surveys and generates reports for a pipeline including Colorado Christian University (~1,800 students) and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (3,000 staff), with Claude integrated through MCP and outperforming the platform's own report engine.

Where the client was stuck
Dr. Todd Hall's research lab was paying a five-figure annual bill for Qualtrics, exporting data to Stata for cleaning, then paying a contract analyst to build static PDF reports. Open-response qualitative analysis took 2–3 weeks per cohort. Every new enterprise prospect exposed gaps Qualtrics couldn't fill: subgroup filtering, custom benchmarking, HIPAA/FERPA commitments. Todd needed a platform he owned, not a vendor he rented.
What we built
We built Alidade, a custom Angular + Oracle/KASKAD platform that matches Qualtrics feature-for-feature (display logic, branch logic, matrix questions, NPS, anonymous + email distributions) on a hierarchical Enterprise → Organization → Group → Team data model. Then we went further: an MCP connector exposes surveys, templates, and distributions to Claude, so AI queries validated server calculations and generates interactive HTML reports that now outperform the native engine. Open-response analysis dropped from 2–3 weeks to 2–3 days.

What powered this build

“The MCP is a huge leap forward to have AI built in with a chatbot. I was thinking that would be a way later stage. So that’s a big value.”
