SEFICO Packing

We became a packaging manufacturer's entire web team, from moodboard to deployment: positioning, sitemap, four-language copy, design, AI product photography, build, and hosting. We moved them off a pricey Wix setup onto our own server at a third of the cost and shipped a live site that sells to buyers, not chemists.

The Problem

Where the client was stuck

SEFICO had relocated production from Ukraine to Poland and was chasing European buyers, but it had no in-house design, development, or marketing, no brandbook, and a dated, expensive Wix site. On top of that, the whole category sells on extruders, polymers, and lab specs, none of which means anything to the meat or cheese producer who just needs his product packed and sold. They did not need one more freelancer. They needed someone to take the whole thing off their plate.

The Solution

What we built

We ran the entire lifecycle as their outsourced web team. Strategy and positioning first: "packaging experts for meat and cheese producers," not a polymer vendor, with minimal text, hard numbers, and no price on the page (a premium signal for German and Italian buyers). Then sitemap and structure, copy in four languages (English, Italian, Ukrainian, Spanish) written together with the client, full design with logo variants, and AI-generated product photography to replace the imagery they never had. We built it on Next.js + Tailwind, then handled the migration ourselves: off Wix and onto our own server, with the domain and email transfer run for them and Google Analytics wired in. The new hosting runs about a third of the old Wix Premium cost ($78 a year versus $230) and includes unlimited branded mailboxes like finance@ and legal@.

I like the lightness of this site and the absence of clutter, so I don't have to work out for myself which information is the priority and which is not.
