We Migrate Sites Onto an AI-Native Stack. Then We Guard the Gate.

Discovery-first web migrations that keep your search visibility, and a publishing workflow where your team builds pages with AI while our engineers review every change before it goes live. We run this workflow on our own site. We removed our own publish rights to prove it.

Publishing Governance

AI Speed. Engineering Discipline. Both.

This is not a proposal. It is the workflow our clients use in production today: internal teams build pages with AI at any hour, and nothing reaches production without an engineer's review.

01
Your team asks the AI
A new page, a headline change, a campaign update. Any hour, in plain language.
02
The AI opens a pull request
Every change lands as reviewable code on a preview deployment. Nothing touches production.
03
Our engineer reviews it
SEO and LLM visibility, design consistency, performance, correctness.
04
Approved work goes live
Merged and deployed. Full history of who changed what, and why.

Our CEO edits logicflow.io through this exact pipeline and cannot push a change without review. If the CEO cannot skip the gate, nobody can. That is the point of a gate.

Migration Method

How We Move Sites Without Losing Search Visibility

Migrations do not lose SEO on launch day. They lose it quietly, in the weeks after. Our method is built around that fact.

URL inventory before any code

Every URL, its traffic and its rankings, mapped from the sitemap and analytics first. The migration plan is built from this list, not from screenshots.

Byte-identical URLs and a full 301 map

Pages that stay keep their exact URLs. Everything else gets a purposeful 301. On our last migration we consolidated roughly 20 legacy domains into clean redirects.

Phased cutover, section by section

Large sites move in phases. Each section is verified live before the next one moves, and traffic tells us if anything slipped.

Weekly crawler and traffic watch

Search Console and analytics reviewed every week after launch. This routine caught a firewall rule silently blocking Googlebot on our own site. Rankings die in the weeks after launch, when nobody is watching. We watch.

Canonicals and structured data parity

Canonical tags, meta data, and structured data checked page by page against the old site, so search engines see continuity, not a new site.

Rollback possible at every phase

The old site stays warm until the numbers confirm the new one holds. No burned bridges mid-migration.

Proof

We Ate Our Own Cooking First

We migrated our own site off Webflow before selling migrations to anyone. Then we ran the same playbook for clients.

Spiritual Metrics + Relational Spirituality

Two Sites Off Webflow, Onto an AI-Native Stack

Dr. Todd Hall runs a B2B assessment business trusted by 100+ Christian colleges, seminaries and ministry organizations. He never edited his own Webflow sites. Every change waited on someone else, and one forgotten page swap once left a live error mid-campaign.

  • Two Webflow sites rebuilt in Next.js with Sanity CMS, deployed on Vercel
  • Eight weeks from scoping call to both sites live in production
  • Roughly 20 legacy domains consolidated into clean 301 redirects
  • Insecure legacy payment form replaced with Stripe, verified live before launch
  • Campaign pages that flip between waitlist, early-bird and regular states on schedule, with no human involved
  • Post-launch: the client edits by talking to AI, our engineers review every change

“They look great. I’m really happy.”

Five Fragile Tools, One Owned Platform

A practitioner business running on five disconnected tools got one custom backend it owns outright. Same principle as every migration we do: fewer moving parts, owned by the client, boring to operate.

Stack and Ownership

You Own Everything We Build

Modern stack, wired for AI workflows, running in your accounts. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

Code lives in your repository. Infrastructure runs in your accounts.

Your team edits with AI tools. Our engineers review every change before it ships.

Analytics, tracking pixels, and marketing integrations survive the move and get verified in production.

Weekly monitoring is part of the engagement, not an upsell.
