Where the client was stuck
Dr. Todd Hall ran two brands on two Webflow sites, with roughly 20 legacy domains accumulated over the years, and he never edited his own sites. Every change went through an assistant or waited. A manual campaign-page swap was once forgotten mid-campaign, leaving a live error during a launch, and payments for individual reports ran through a Wufoo form with a resharable, non-secure link.
What we built
We rebuilt both sites on Next.js with Sanity as the CMS, deployed on Vercel and unified under one design system, scoped June 17 and live in production by mid-August. Pages that stayed kept byte-identical URLs, everything else got a purposeful 301, and the legacy domains were consolidated into clean redirects. Stripe replaced the insecure payment form and killed a $50 a month tool fee, ActiveCampaign automations were migrated and verified end to end, and campaign pages now flip between waitlist, early-bird and regular states on pre-entered dates. That automation has already run unattended twice in production. Post-launch, Todd edits by talking to Claude: the agent opens a pull request, our developer reviews it for SEO, design and correctness, and only then does it merge. Nothing goes live unreviewed.
