Where the client was stuck
The firm needed its site to become a real lead-generation channel for a bilingual diaspora audience (Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking clients in Chicago and Ukraine), with dual-timezone access. Booking was fully manual, requiring an automated calendar and payment flow so clients could book consultations end to end without phone tag.
What we built
We shipped a Webflow site with dedicated service-area pages, an owner-credentials About page, FAQ, and pricing, then built a custom ASP.NET backend behind it: Alteg.io booking, WayForPay payments, auto-created Google Calendar and Meet links on every booking, and a Telegram bot that pushes booking notifications to client and attorney alongside email.
