AI Travel Packing App

Came for a discovery, stayed for the full build: a vague 'AI packing app' idea turned into a specified, designed, and in-development mobile MVP. (Client under NDA.)

The Problem

Where the client was stuck

The founder had a clear vision but vague specifics: how the AI packing assistant would actually work, what the UX should feel like, and how to beat existing apps. For a packing assistant, confusing UX is worse than a spreadsheet, so the product had to feel genuinely helpful, not robotic.

The Solution

What we built

Instead of building on a vague brief, we ran a full discovery and business analysis that reshaped the project, including a recommendation to go mobile-first rather than web. Design then delivered a packing experience the founder called more advanced than the competition, and a team of five moved into building the app with an AI recommendation backend.
