This Privacy Policy describes how LogicFlow International LLC (“LogicFlow,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit logicflow.io or interact with our services. We aim to be straightforward — what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, work email, company, and the answers you submit when completing the Remote Team Readiness Audit at /audit or when you contact us through forms.
• Information collected automatically. Pages viewed, referring URL, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with our audit funnel. Collected via PostHog (product analytics) and RB2B (US-business visitor identification).
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used to enable analytics and to recognize repeat visitors. Visitors from the EU, EEA, and UK are shown a consent banner (powered by CookieYes) and can accept, reject, or adjust which categories load. You can also disable cookies in your browser at any time; doing so may degrade some site functionality.

How we use information

• To deliver the audit results, follow-up email, and PDF report you requested.
• To improve the website, audit content, and our outreach to people who fit our ideal-client profile.
• To contact prospective customers who match our service area (production-vetted engineers, custom web platforms, outstaffing).
• To meet legal, contractual, and security obligations.

Third-party services we use

• PostHog (product analytics, US cloud). Stores pseudonymous event data; identified to your email only after you submit the audit lead form.
• RB2B (US-business visitor identification). Disclosure language required by RB2B is reproduced below.
• Resend (transactional email). Receives your email address and name to deliver audit reports and follow-ups.
• Clarify CRM and Pipedream (when configured). Used to manage the sales pipeline and contact lifecycle for leads from the audit and contact form.
• CookieYes (consent management, EU/EEA/UK visitors only). Records your consent preferences in a cookie so we do not re-prompt on every visit.
• Vercel (website hosting and serverless functions).

RB2B disclosure

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

Data retention

We keep audit submissions and CRM records for as long as needed to run the relationship and to comply with applicable obligations. Aggregate analytics may be retained longer in a form that does not identify you personally. You can ask us to delete your record at any time using the contact below.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, as well as the right to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@logicflow.io. We typically respond within 14 days.

International transfers

LogicFlow International LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. Our team operates from Ukraine. Our infrastructure providers process data primarily in the United States and the European Union. If you access the site from outside these regions, you understand and consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these locations.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; we do work to reduce risk and limit who can access personal data.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
