I'm Ihor Chalapchii. I run LogicFlow International.
I didn't come from a typical tech background. I studied theology.
My father spent his entire career in IT. I learned from him, not in a classroom, but by watching how he solved problems and built systems that actually worked.
When I was 23, I joined a small company as the third employee. Over five years, we grew from 3 to 35 people. I learned what scaling looks like from the inside.
Now I lead LogicFlow International's Western branch. We focus on one thing: helping expert practitioners build custom platforms without the disasters that kill most development projects.
